in Florida Petition</A>
If you can, please post this website link on your website.
FYI -
I, Phil Berg, Esquire have been fighting to establish "the
will of the people" by:
1) filing a class action law suit in Austin, Texas based
upon the 12th Amendment challenging the residency
of Dick Cheney;
2) by filing a 'Friend of the Court" brief in the case filed
earlier in Florida against Cheney's residency;
3) by being the "Press Liaison" person on the Seminole
Absentee Ballot case where Berg spent 11 days in
early December 2000, being sent to Florida by
Democrats.com where Berg personally discovered
"tainted" ballots in Jackson County, Florida where
"white oval stickers" were placed on ballots causing
"overvotes" to be "votes;"
4) Berg's discovery has resulted in further investigations
into other counties in Florida and the "fraud" lawsuit
Berg is preparing to file;
5) On Saturday, 01/06/01, at noon, Phil Berg spoke at a
rally on the East Side of the Capitol, Washington, DC
at a rally organized by Democrats.com, the largest
group of independent Democrats on the Internet. Berg
spoke about his pending "fraud" law suit and urged
Congress to stand tall and challenge the electors from
Florida and Texas. Berg was disappointed at the
Democratic Members of the U.S. Senate for not one
(1) standing tall to the challenge with House Democrats;
and
6) On Saturday, 01/20/01, Phil Berg was a featured
speaker in Washington, DC at DuPont Circle at the
Counter-Inauguration and thereafter protested along the
parade route.

Hasn't He Done the Constitution Enough Favors?
Scalia has:
* Engineered the infamous decision that stopped the
Florida recount and covered up voting discrimination
in the Presidential election;
* Consistently worked to undermine the Voting Rights Act
and civil rights protections in general
* Unequivocally opposed abortion rights;
* Consistently voted against labor rights, affirmative action,
environmental protection and campaign finance reform.
"Although we may never know with complete certainty the
identity of the winner of this year's presidential election, the
identity of the loser is perfectly clear. It is the nation's
confidence in the judge as an impartial guardian of the rule
